E-Business

E-business Definition
E-business (electronic business), derived from such terms as "e-mail" and "e-commerce," is the conduct of business on the Internet, not only buying and selling but also servicing customers and collaborating with business partners.

Business to Business
One of the largest growing areas of e-business is definitely business to business. Companies are using the web to centralize their suppliers, partners and customers. This makes them efficient, cost saving, and well informed. Luna has created and is maintaining several large-scale e-business applications for national corporations. These projects provide specific and customized services to the sales team, management, marketing, finance, and customer service. The integration of intuitive interfaces with custom database applications create a strong foundation for a successful e-business application.

What will Luna do for my company?
Once the needs are identified and the goals are set, careful planning, research and layout are essential in creating a successful e-business program. Appropriate technology and timelines are decided upon and programming commences. The user and management interfaces are created and customized reports are generated. After intensive testing has been completed, the site is launched and monitored. Data management (including scheduled backups) is essential to the future success of the site and maintaining data integrity.
